We have a no questions asked hassle free easy refund and exchange policy for all our Standard Size Products up to 2XL size. Pls. note that a) all Customized Products (including neck & sleeve customization in standard sizes, along with customization as per body size) and b) Standard Size Products above 2XL can only be exchanged and no refund shall be provided for the same. Such requests need to be made within 7 days of the date of receipt of the Product by the customer. Following terms and conditions apply.

Product should be unused and unwashed

There should not be any perfume/ deodorant/ washing powder smell etc on it

Product should be free of any stains (make-up, pen marks etc.)

Original tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories should not have been damaged or discarded

The accessories delivered with the Product should be returned along with the Product, in an undamaged condition
- Pls. note that we do not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns / alterations as of now and you will need to send the garments to our local facility in USA.
Process for placing the request for order refund, exchange, alteration, or cancellation: Please send an email to care@powersutra.co along with your order ID and our customer care executives will guide you on the process.
1. Refund

Customer will need to send back the item to us at their own expense. You will be guided for the same once you place a request via email. PowerSutra shall initiate a process of refund to its original source of payment (credit cards, Paypal, Bank Accounts etc.) post receipt of the Product and satisfactory quality checks. Typically, it takes around 2-5 days for money to get credited back in the account post refund initiation by us.

It is clarified that the refund entitled to by a User shall not include shipping charges, if applicable, except in case of a Product having a defect at the time of delivery.
2. Exchange & Alteration

Exchange related requests need to be made within 7 days of receiving the products.

The option of adding / removing sleeves or increasing / decreasing length of Product can be opted for only at the time of placing the initial order.
- No exchange related requests will be entertained for Face Masks due to hygiene related issues and Customized garments as those become useless for us.
4. Cancellation

Orders are eligible for cancellation by the User for up to 8 hours from the placement of the order.

Once the User cancels the order within such 8 hours, the paid amount for such cancelled order will be refunded in line with the Refund Policy mentioned above.
5. Defective/ Damaged/ Incorrect Apparel

Though it would be highly unlikely, however; in case of an incorrect/ wrong / damaged Product received by the User, pls. notify us within 24 hours of receiving the same.

We assure you that we would replace your product or provide you full refund (at your option) in such a case.
